The main approach road to the site was bisecting it into two, this element paved way to separate the house into two blocks. One serves as a guest block while the other is a private space. The two areas are connected with a celebrated corridor space, an important feature designed with a breathing wall. Facade elements like large overhangs , large opening towards the north & east while minimal openings to south & west, skin wall with modern jali work, double layered shallow sloping roof, and  clerestory ventilation all elements helped to create a thermal efficient design. Deliberate effort was taken to use eco-friendly  and recycled materials for a sustainable approach.
